1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Play Love Win website (the “Site”) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you don’t love your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase date for a new size/style or a refund back onto your original form of payment minus a $12 restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. Last but not least: don’t forget to pack the garment tags and poly bag!
Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and checked back into our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment. At this time we do not accept returns on orders placed outside of the US. If you have any questions or need further assistance please reach out to customercare@playlovewin.com.
7. User Accounts
You may create an account to access certain features of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Play Love Win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Nothing within these Terms shall restrict or waive our legal accountability to you in the following circumstances:
- Incidents involving fatality or personal harm resulting from our negligence;
- Instances of deceptive or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Violations of statutory rights guaranteed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be lawfully restricted;
- Obligations established under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, Part I; or
- Any additional forms of liability which are legally prohibited from being excluded.
Apart from the exceptions above, we are not liable for commercial or business-related losses. Our total liability for any claims stemming from a Contract is strictly capped at the total cost of the purchased Products and only applies to damages that were reasonably predictable by both parties at the moment of order confirmation.
We shall not be held accountable for any failure to fulfill our contractual duties or for delivery delays that arise from variables beyond our reasonable control.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Play Love Win, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
14. Entire Agreement
