Shipping/Returns

All U.S. orders shipping from our domestic warehouse will have the option of Standard, 2 day or Next Day.

All U.S. orders shipping from our Hong Kong warehouse will ship Standard International.

Regardless of warehouse, all U.S. Orders will be charged $10.00 for standard shipment unless order value is over $450. If your order is over $450, Standard Shipping is free.

All International orders will be shipped via DHL express. International shipping costs vary by country.

Please be aware that for security reasons, all of our shipments will require a signature upon delivery.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes AOPs (Army Post Office), and FOPs (Fleet Post Office).

All orders shipped to the states of New York are subject to state sales tax.

PlayLoveWin ships to several countries/regions on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, in which all applicable taxes and duties are included in your final purchase price when placing your order. In these cases, your order is not subject to additional charges upon delivery.

For Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) countries/regions, the final purchase price upon checkout excludes applicable duties and taxes. You will be responsible for paying the applicable import duties and taxes to our carrier to release your order from customs.

We accept returns of eligible U.S. orders initiated within 14 days of delivery.

A $12 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags attached and original packaging included.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less the $12 return fee.

Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after it is received.
