We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:

Standard Ground Shipping — $12
Complimentary on orders of $650 or more.

2-Day Shipping — $20

Next-Day Shipping — $35

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the same business day, regardless of the shipping service selected. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Alaska & Hawaii

FedEx Ground shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii for $12, with complimentary Ground shipping on orders of $650 or more.

International shipping

PlayLoveWin ships to select international destinations via FedEx.

International shipping is offered at a flat rate of $25.

International orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to customs or carrier delays.

Please note that international orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns of eligible U.S. orders initiated within 14 days of delivery.

A $12 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags attached and original packaging included.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less the $12 return fee.

Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after it is received.
